Heath & I have a tendency to eat tacos for, well, most meals of the day. Which is how we ended up bringing out two taco trucks for Summit this week!

On Saturday night, tacos are on us. You’ll grab a dinner ticket at registration on Thursday. Be sure to bring your ticket to the red taco truck to get your tacos. (If you have family or spouses who do not have a ticket to the RVE Summit, additional food is available for purchase.)
