Just 15 minutes from town is the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. Parking is limited, so please carpool from campground to hike the Warner Point Nature Trail. This trail is at the end of the scenic drive through the national park and there are bathrooms at the trailhead.

Hike is 1.5 miles total, easy-moderate with some elevation gain. Kids welcome.

Remember to wear close-toed shoes and bring a water bottle.
