Erez Weinstein travels full-time with his wife Shirly and their two kids Itai & Ella, while remotely managing their short-term vacation rentals business in Destin, FL. An entrepreneur at heart, Erez built businesses and invested toward a goal of financial freedom through passive income streams. In 2014, with his diverse & international experience in eCommerce, hospitality, marketing, corporate consulting, and real estate, he started “Zula Beach” – a short-term vacation rentals business.

Erez has a unique approach to successfully finding, pricing, and managing short-term rentals remotely, while requiring very little time and effort to manage and grow the business. Today over 7000 guests spend their vacations at one of “Zula Beach”’s houses every year, and Erez is happy to share his knowledge and experience with anyone considering short term rentals.
